Dear, isabella

Dear Isabella,

Hi Isabella this year in 1607 we settle in Virgina so we are called the Jamestown colony because we were the first one to settle here. When we got here we all had a very good disposition for the colony. There were the wealthy people that made us work for them. After some days this guy called John Smith had a spontaneous idea that he told the wealthy people “he does not work does not eat.” After that the House of Burgess started and they had imperative for the settlement. The House of Burgess guile towards the others to help us live. Isabella now that I have told you some of the thing that is happening here. Why won’t you write me something?  Well Isabella I missed you.
Sincerely,
Roger

  1. Roger I really liked the heart of your story, it was very cute! You also had it histirically correct. You used the words disposition and spontaneous right but imperative and guile were not used correctly. You could say something like: " After the House of Burgesses started they came up with imperative ideas to improve the settlement."
You could also use: The House of Burgesses put of a stop to the trickery of the guile men, that helped the working class to live better.
